Colorist Alastor Arnold Differentiates the Past from the Present Project Profile By none In "The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea," Henry (Jason Sudeikis) is an introverted architect who loses his wife Penny (Jessica Biel) in a tragic car accident. In order to cope with his grief, Henry befriends a homeless teen named Millie (Maisie Williams), and he helps her build a raft to sail across the Atlantic, while she in return helps him recover from the loss of his wife. The film, which premiered at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival, makes use of flashbacks and several subplots to help tell the story, and Senior DI Colorist Alastor Arnold was tasked with bringing them to life through color.
