Top Echelon Contracting Rewards Its Most Productive Contract Staffing Recruiters(January 15, 2013)
CANTON, Ohio (PRWEB) January 15, 2013
Contract staffing is a way for recruiters to earn extra income, but it will prove to be especially lucrative for 29 recruiters who will receive payouts this year through Top Echelon Contracting s (TEC) Frequent Contract Placer Program (FCP).
The FCP allows recruiters to earn cash-back points based on recruiter income (commission) earned on contract placements made through TEC each calendar year. Recruiters utilizing TECs contract staffing back-office services are automatically enrolled in the free program, through which they can earn up to 3% more in contract placement income. This is over and above the money they earn for every hour their contractors work.
TEC will be sending out more than $57,000 in FCP awards to recruiters who reached the required recruiter income in 2012. This is an 11% increase over awards issued the previous year.
Recruiters love this program because they get recruiter income checks every week throughout the year and then get the added bonus of the FCP award, said TEC President Debbie Fledderjohann. The number of recruiters who qualified for an award this year is a testament to how easy contract staffing can be. Recruiters who aren't doing contracting are really missing out on easy money.
The FCP was created in 2007 to generate excitement for contract staffing, spur competition, act as a motivator, and give recruiters extra encouragement to help them make contract placements. Recruiters who earn $20,000 or more in contract placement income through TEC are eligible for the FCP awards. Those awards range from 1% to 3% based on the amount they earned during the calendar year.
